The perfect place to pick up your new favourite hobby - join us while we draw dogs, yap and meet some lovely people.
All materials are included for you to get going on your creative journey. You’re always welcome to bring your own art supplies to work on your own terms.
Handy Details
Our workshops are for everyone - no drawing experience? No dramas! Sometimes starting from scratch is the most exciting place to be. We welcome all ages & abilities to our dog life drawing sessions.
We use a colour coded system for you to indicate if you would like some drawing tips from your hosts, or simply to be left to it.
Please arrive 5-10mins early to bag your seat and get settled before the session starts.
If you have and particular accessibility needs, please drop us a message before the session so we can make sure accommodations arranged for the workshop.

Amy Balch
Pet Portrait Pro
Born and raised in South West England, Amy is a contemporary artist who now works from her Dorset studio. She grew up surrounded by dogs, and spends her days with her four dogs while she draws your dogs.
What’s more dreamy than drawing dogs alongside a Pet Portrait Pro? Amy is so excited to welcome you to our dog life drawing classes in Dorset.

The Wild Bear Club
Kat is the face behind The Wild Bear Club - a dog walking & pet sitting company caring for the wild bears of Blandford & Wimborne, with a focus on sustainability & building community. Growing up on the East Coast of England surrounded by four-legged family members, Kat uses her creative background & passion for animal welfare to build strong communities for everyone to join.

Our dog life drawing workshops are designed to cater to people of all abilities. We’re always on hand to give advice if you would like any, but our events are about expressing yourself and connecting with other like-minded folks.

Nothing except yourself! All materials are supplied to help you get started on your dog life drawing journey, but you’re always welcome do bring your own supplies if you wish.

To avoid our super professional dog models from getting distracted during the class, we ask you not to bring your dog unless they are an assistance dog. This may change in the future, so please keep an eye on our Insta feed for any updates
